1. Book Selection:
   • Browse our online catalog and select the book(s) you wish to purchase.
   • Add the desired books to your cart.
2. Online Form Completion:
   • After selecting your books, proceed to checkout.
   • Complete the online form with your personal details, including your full name, delivery address, and contact information.
3. Invoice Generation:
   • Once you submit the online form, our system will generate an invoice for your order.
   • The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided in the form.
4. Payment Process:
   • Review the invoice for accuracy.
   • To complete your purchase, please make a bank transfer for the total amount shown on the invoice.

5. Payment Confirmation:

7. Book Dispatch:
   • Books will be dispatched to the address provided in your online form.
   • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
8. Delivery:
   • Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Sri Lanka.
   • For estimated delivery times, please refer to our shipping information page.

Please note: Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been received and verified.

Direct Deposit / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit / EFT, select this option in the payment process and you will be provided with our bank account details and a reference code to use when making payment.

Please note that if you use this payment method, your order cannot be dispatched until your payment has been received. This may take up to 3 working days to clear.

Cheque or Money Order

To pay using a Sri Lankan bank money order or personal/bank cheque, select this option in the payment process and you will be provided with a copy of your order to include with your money order or cheque.

Please note that if you use this payment method, your order cannot be processed until your payment has been confirmed. Note that it may take up to  5 working days for your cheque to clear AFTER we receive it in the post.

Returns

Returns of printed textbooks for change of mind are permitted within 14 days of purchase. Books must be in new (unopened and unused) condition. Email sales@learnnowbiz.com for a Return Authorisation prior to returning books. Your Return Authorisation number must be included in the return address with your returned order. A refund of the purchase price less postage charges and a 15% restocking fee will be processed through your original payment method. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the returned stock back to us.

Excluding those returns allowed under the conditions detailed above, our obligations for returns are limited to those guaranteed by the Sri lankan Consumer Law.
